Family Lawyer - Associate (2-3 Years PAE)

About the role

A well-established firm with 50 years of history and a team of 18 professionals is looking for a Family Lawyer with 2-3 years of post-admission experience. The firm has a strong presence across Brisbane, Robina and the Gold Coast, and works alongside Accredited Specialists in a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce and financial agreements
• Work with the support of experienced lawyers and dedicated legal assistants
• Gain exposure to high-quality cases and clients
• Receive one-on-one mentorship from Accredited Specialists and develop technical and advocacy skills

Required profile

• 2-3 years of post-admission experience in family law (private practice)
• Client-focused approach with the ability to build rapport
• Interest in professional growth and learning from Accredited Specialists
• Ability to manage files with appropriate supervision

• Strong communication skills
