Facilities Operations Specialist – Clayton HQ

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Facilities Operations Specialist to join Bosch’s Facilities, Construction & Maintenance (FCM) team at the Clayton headquarters. In this permanent full‑time position you will support the ongoing optimisation of the site Master Plan, manage space planning and tenancy activities, and drive continuous improvement across one of our largest regional sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and optimisation of the Clayton site Master Plan.
• Coordinate space management, tenancy changes and occupancy reporting.
• Lead improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and quality standards are maintained.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and associate teams across the Bosch network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management or related operations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
