About the role

KPMG Australia is seeking CA‑qualified professionals to join its External Audit division on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including ASX‑listed companies, private firms, and family businesses, while experiencing life in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements for high‑profile clients.
• Oversee all aspects of audit delivery, client service, and business development.
• Execute advisory‑related engagements as required.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with audit clients.

Required profile

• CA qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in external audit and assurance.
• Ability to manage complex engagements and deliver high‑quality reports.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
