About the role

Greystar is expanding its residential property and community portfolio across New South Wales and is seeking experienced professionals to join its onsite teams. This Expression of Interest invites candidates from a range of property‑related functions to apply for senior and support roles as the company builds new Build‑to‑Rent communities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead community operations, including hospitality‑style services, leasing, and resident engagement.
• Manage on‑site facilities, maintenance, and trades activities to ensure high‑quality living environments.
• Coordinate events, wellbeing programmes, and community activation initiatives.
• Support front‑of‑house functions such as concierge, resident services, and customer service.

Required profile

• Experience in community leadership, property operations, leasing, sales, resident services, events coordination, or facilities maintenance.
• Background in residential, hospitality, student accommodation, or related sectors.
