About the role
AeroPM is seeking senior professionals with expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or Flight Instrumentation and Controls (FIC) Management to join its defence-focused consulting team across Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Provide senior‑level management and advisory services for ILS or FIC projects within defence domains.
- Collaborate with multiple defence groups such as CASG, GWEO, DDG, and others to deliver complex technical solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience working for or with Defence.
- Senior management experience in the chosen profession.
- Current or reinstatable security clearance.
- Tertiary qualifications and professional certifications are desirable.
Required skills
- Expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or Flight Instrumentation and Controls (FIC) Management.
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, innovation and customer‑focus.
