Experienced Team Member - Restaurant

About the role

Grill'd, a fast-casual burger chain with 185+ restaurants across Australia, is looking for experienced and senior team members to join its Macquarie Centre location in Canberra. This is a part-time position in a busy, high-energy restaurant where you will take ownership of key stations and help train new team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, set the pace and support your teammates
• Take ownership of key stations such as grill, wrap, dress bench, floor or till
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with confidence and efficiency
• Help train and mentor new team members
• Keep the restaurant running smoothly with attention to detail

Required profile

• Experience in a customer-facing or kitchen role
• Natural leader with a positive, can-do attitude
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Confident handling peak service times and solving problems on the go
• Flexible availability including weekdays, nights and weekends
• Right to work in Australia
