Experienced Graduate/Architect – High-End Residential Construction

About the role

An award‑winning design studio is looking for an experienced Graduate or Architect to join the team and lead construction stages on high‑budget private residential projects. The role offers the chance to work on prestigious homes from concept through to detailed completion, collaborating closely with consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service and design leadership on high‑end residential projects.
• Support projects from inception to handover, ensuring design intent is maintained.
• Produce high‑quality construction documentation and detailed detailing.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Manage time across multiple projects and maintain project schedules.

Required profile

• Relevant architectural qualification with Australian working rights.
• Experience equivalent to 5+ years post‑study, preferably on high‑end private residential projects.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven record of supporting projects through all phases, including approvals and detailed delivery.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit for construction documentation.
• Experience with Enscape for visualisation.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
