About the role
Pinnacle People is recruiting experienced chefs in Perth who can assist on event days and also pick up regular daytime shifts across the week. The work covers restaurant service, functions and industrial and bulk production.
Required profile
- Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in a senior role
- Proven experience in restaurants and functions, or in industrial and bulk production
- Previous experience with a la carte style is highly regarded
- A minimum Commercial Cookery Certificate III (or equivalent)
- The right to work in Australia
- Willingness to undergo a police check
- Adherence to HACCP standards, WH&S and dietary requirements; a Working with Children Check is highly advantageous
