About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Sydney. The role focuses on building strong restaurant partnerships and expanding our platform across Australia and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full acquisition cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding restaurants.
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Execute high‑volume outreach through calls, emails, and field visits.
- Drive momentum from initial contact through to successful launch and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations and partner success.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound or cold‑calling environments.
- Background in hospitality or customer service.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Valid driver’s licence for in‑field visits.
- IT literacy and ability to adapt quickly to internal systems and processes.
