Executive Assistant Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

Ovolo Sydney is looking for an Executive Assistant Manager to lead guest‑experience and operational excellence during a major property refurbishment and relaunch. Reporting to the Area General Manager, you will shape the service culture, drive revenue, and ensure seamless operations across Rooms, Maintenance and F&B.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a guest‑first culture and implement service standards that exceed expectations.
• Drive revenue growth for Rooms and F&B while maintaining high guest‑satisfaction scores.
• Analyse guest feedback and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Oversee the property refurbishment project, minimising disruption to guests.
• Manage Rooms Division, Maintenance and F&B operations to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing hospitality team, fostering empowerment and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior hotel operations experience covering both rooms and F&B.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Experience leading property renovations or openings with minimal impact on guests.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead guest‑focused teams.
• Ambition to progress to a General Manager role.
