Executive Assistant – APJC Technology

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to partner with APJC Technology leadership, supporting senior technical leaders across Solutions Architecture, Customer Solutions Management and related teams. The role ensures day‑to‑day operational efficiency for a fast‑moving, global organization spanning Asia‑Pacific, Japan and China.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and preparing leaders for engagements.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries that maximize productivity.
• Conceptualize and execute team events, from social gatherings to large‑scale staff meetings and leadership off‑sites.
• Attend key meetings, track deliverables and drive follow‑up on action items.
• Provide real‑time prioritization of business activities in partnership with leadership.
• Handle confidential matters and communications with sound judgment.
• Manage expense reporting, space planning and ad‑hoc project coordination.
• Build collaborative relationships with other Executive Assistants across Amazon and lead process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior‑level executive support experience.
• Proven experience in executive calendar management and travel coordination (domestic and international).
• Demonstrated ability to lead process‑improvement projects.
• Strong judgment, discretion and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, high‑velocity environments.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
