Excavator & Dozer Operators

About the role

Guma-Warnii Resources, a Pilbara Aboriginal labour hire business supporting mining, civil and construction clients, is recruiting experienced Dozer Operators for a client's established civil/earthworks project near Mandurah. The roster is Monday to Friday with 10.5-hour days, and operators are home every night with no FIFO or camp accommodation.

Required profile

• Dozer Operators: minimum 2 years' experience operating D10 and/or D11 dozers, strong production experience preferred, and experience with heavy civil/earthworks operations.
• Excavator Operators: experience operating 1250 class excavators or larger, and strong production and/or civil earthworks experience.
• Excavator Operators can be upskilled to larger production machines by their client, though rates for upskilled operators are slightly lower.

Required skills

• GPS/machine control experience highly regarded for dozer operators.
• Relevant tickets.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

What we offer

• Pay of $55.74-$58.86 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience.
• Monday to Friday roster with 10.5-hour days.
• Local work with no FIFO or camp accommodation.
