About the role
This is a full‑time permanent position supporting a busy events and partnerships function within a respected professional membership organisation. You will be the first point of contact for members and event enquiries, handling registrations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The role offers a fast‑paced environment with exposure to events, sponsorships and member engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the events inbox and respond to member enquiries via phone and email.
- Process registrations, changes and cancellations using the EventsAir system.
- Support event setup, backend administration and post‑event reporting.
- Assist with sponsorship and partnership deliverables, ensuring commitments are met.
- Liaise with internal teams and occasional external partners.
- Provide occasional onsite event support.
Required profile
- Highly organised and proactive administrator.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience in administration, coordination or customer service.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy.
- Resilient, professional and responsive approach.
Required skills
- EventsAir (experience desirable)
- CRM systems (experience desirable)
