Events & Equipment Marketing Coordinator (Parental Leave Contract)

About the role

Henry Schein is seeking an organised and proactive Events & Equipment Marketing Coordinator on a 12‑month fixed‑term parental leave contract. You will deliver the company’s Continuing Education programme for dental professionals across Australia, handling face‑to‑face courses, webinars, virtual events and related marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate face‑to‑face courses, webinars and virtual events from planning through delivery.
• Manage registrations, attendee communications, venues, catering and logistics.
• Create and coordinate EDMs, landing pages and social media content to promote events.
• Work closely with Brand Managers, suppliers, clinicians, State Managers and Sales teams.
• Host and support evening webinars, including presenter rehearsals and post‑event reporting.
• Monitor registrations and implement promotional activities to drive attendance.
• Support Equipment Division marketing initiatives and maintain accurate event records.
• Occasional interstate travel for events.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating events, webinars, training programmes or educational activities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, education or professional services is advantageous.
