Events Advisor

About the role

Kennedys is looking for a proactive Events Advisor to join its Business Development & Marketing team in Sydney. You will own a busy national events calendar, delivering client‑facing seminars, webinars and hybrid experiences that drive commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a high‑volume national events calendar, ensuring seamless execution.
• Partner with partners, industry groups and BD colleagues to maximise client engagement.
• Deliver end‑to‑end event management, including logistics, budgets, suppliers and stakeholder communications.
• Support webinar and hybrid event delivery, maintaining high‑quality standards across formats.
• Assist with national campaigns and APAC initiatives, contributing to broader BD strategy.
• Track attendance and report on measurable event impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering client events in a professional services or B2B environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent organisational ability, attention to detail and capacity to work at pace.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and enthusiasm for creating standout experiences.
