About the role
The Lifestyle Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Aspendale Centennial community, working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to enhance resident retention through engaging events and seamless move‑in experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents, assist with tours, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service requests.
- Maintain the guest suite schedule, oversee loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
- Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
- Prepare amenities for tours and resident use, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
- Design, plan, and execute innovative resident events, programs, and services, tracking outcomes and metrics.
- Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and services, and build relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses.
- Monitor the Lifestyle email account, respond promptly, and collaborate with the Lifestyle Team to promote events.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet and assist visitors.
- Excellent organizational skills for scheduling, package handling, and event coordination.
- Good knowledge of the local area and ability to recommend services to residents.
- Effective communication skills for phone handling and email correspondence.
- Ability to work collaboratively with community and sales teams.
