Estimator for Construction, Civil and Landscape Projects

About the role

CivilandScape is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its Rozelle head office. The role involves supporting high‑end residential, commercial and high‑rise city centre projects across construction, civil and landscaping disciplines. You will work closely with senior management and project teams to deliver accurate cost proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Search, track and maintain tender opportunities, including requests for proposals and expressions of interest.
• Review and analyse technical drawings, specifications and scopes of work to produce detailed take‑offs and bills of quantities.
• Prepare comprehensive tender submissions for internal review and client approval.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to clarify project requirements and negotiate pricing.
• Monitor market pricing, supplier agreements and company competitiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years full‑time experience as a construction, civil or landscaping estimator.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field.
• Current NSW White Card.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing take‑offs, bills of quantities and cost estimates.
• Experience with tender management and submission processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards and methodologies for construction, civil and landscape projects.
