Equities Customer Representative

About the role

Join AUSIEX as an Equities Customer Representative, supporting clients with enquiries, trade processing and education on share trading. You will work closely with operations and other stakeholders to ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, handling enquiries about website navigation, market conditions, company announcements and account changes.
• Assist customers with placing, amending and cancelling trades on the ASX/Cboe.
• Educate clients on share‑trading mechanics and related processes.
• Track client requests end‑to‑end, follow up with the Operations team and resolve pending issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver expert solutions and add value to the customer experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and developments.
• Identify and promptly escalate risks and issues.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly.

Required skills

• Experience in a contact‑centre or financial services environment (preferred but not essential).
