About the role

Green Finance Group is expanding its Equipment Finance division and is looking for a high-performing, results-driven broker to drive growth in Brisbane. The role suits an experienced equipment finance specialist who enjoys building relationships, winning business and improving client outcomes. It is open to self-employed or PAYG arrangements, with a modern Brisbane office and flexible working.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the growth and development of the Equipment Finance division across the existing broker network.
• Generate new business through your existing networks and proactive business development.
• Build and manage strong client relationships across SME and corporate markets.
• Structure and deliver tailored equipment finance solutions to clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years' experience in equipment or asset finance, in brokerage or banking.
• Proven ability to originate, structure and close deals.
• A strong network of SME and commercial clients and referrers.
• Entrepreneurial drive, self-motivation and resilience.
• Relevant industry accreditations.
