Entry-Level Accounts Clerk (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Accounts Clerk to join our boutique law firm in Hurstville. The role is full‑time, starts immediately and offers a supportive environment with flexible working options.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts administration including receivables, payables, invoicing, receipting and reconciliations.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle correspondence, emails, client enquiries and telephone calls.
• Carry out general office and reception duties, including filing and document management.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team and undertake other ad‑hoc office tasks.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting role (administration experience a plus).
• Degree or certification in Accounting, or currently studying the field.
• Full Australian working rights and ability to start immediately.
• Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Professional, friendly attitude and willingness to commit to a long‑term, full‑time position.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
