Enterprise Website Lead

About the role

As the Enterprise Website Lead you will shape the strategy and evolution of QBE’s enterprise websites across Group, Ventures and AUSPAC. You will lead a small team and collaborate with a wide stakeholder network to deliver customer‑focused digital experiences that meet business needs and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive the strategy, roadmap and ongoing evolution of QBE’s Group, Australia Pacific and Ventures websites, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead and support two Website Content Specialists, setting priorities and fostering a high‑performing team environment.
• Build strong relationships across product, marketing, digital, communications, IT and regional teams to manage the website backlog and improvement opportunities.
• Strengthen website governance and enterprise‑wide collaboration by sharing learnings and championing best practice.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and related tools, turning data‑driven insights into optimisation actions.
• Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, including AI’s impact on search and customer journeys, and translate insights into practical improvements.

Required profile

• Strategic, commercially minded digital professional with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience leading strategy, roadmap and continuous improvement of large‑scale or enterprise websites, applying product ownership principles.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity, set priorities and deliver clear, achievable plans.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise content management systems such as Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and data‑driven reporting.
