Enterprise SEO Manager (Melbourne)

About the role

StudioHawk is looking for an experienced Enterprise SEO Manager to lead high‑performing SEO campaigns for large, complex accounts. Based in Melbourne, you will own the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through strategy, execution, and reporting, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external resources.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery for a portfolio of enterprise clients, managing retainers ranging from $8K to $20K+.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies that align with broader business objectives to drive retention and growth.
• Monitor retention risk, proactively escalating concerns for at‑risk accounts.
• Support high‑stakes proposals, pitches, tenders and RFPs for new enterprise opportunities.
• Identify expansion opportunities through strategic recommendations.
• Stay current with SEO trends, lead internal learning sessions, and contribute to improving StudioHawk’s delivery model.
• Optionally represent the company at events, panels, or through thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Located in Melbourne, Australia.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven commercial impact.
• Mindset focused on continuous learning, humility, teamwork, and delivering meaningful results.

Required skills

• Enterprise‑level technical SEO, large‑scale content strategy, international SEO and complex migrations.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio.
• Strong platform knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento.
• Experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies.
