Enterprise Account Executive – Sydney or Melbourne

About the role

Figma is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and revenue with large‑scale customers in Australia. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will work with executive‑level decision‑makers to understand complex business needs and deliver Figma’s collaborative design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts, consistently meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Apply discovery and value‑selling techniques to build relationships with key decision‑makers in organizations of 5,000+ employees.
• Develop strategic account plans, align with executives on business challenges, and secure sponsorship for enterprise‑wide deployments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to position Figma’s product suite, drive deals forward, and ensure customer success.
• Maintain and grow a book of business, tier accounts, and implement strategies to prevent contraction.

Required profile

• Multiple years of experience closing SaaS or software sales with enterprise customers (5,000+ employees), selling to executives.
• Consistent track record of meeting pipeline generation and net‑new business targets.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles of six months or longer.
• Experience using a sales methodology that creates value for customers.
• Bonus: experience selling to technical audiences (engineering, product, design) and certifications in deal qualification or prospect discovery.
