Enterprise Account Executive – Mining, Resources & Energy

About the role

As an Enterprise Account Executive you will generate new SaaS license revenue by building relationships with C‑suite leaders in the mining, resources and energy sectors. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospect research to closing deals, while aligning ServiceNow solutions with customers’ IT roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C‑suite personas (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across target accounts.
• Orchestrate account strategies with a virtual team of Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners and Marketing.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges and positioning ServiceNow’s AI‑enabled platform.
• Identify and engage the right specialist resources at the appropriate stage of the sales process.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in software or solutions sales, consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Proven ability to build and maintain C‑level relationships and negotiate complex deals.
• Experience promoting a customer‑success mindset in a collaborative, “win as a team” environment.
• Understanding of broader IT trends and the strategic role of AI in business processes.
