Enrolled Nurse - Temporary Part-Time

About the role

Hunter New England Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse for a temporary part-time position at Denman Multipurpose Service (MPS), a multi-purpose service in the Upper Hunter Valley. The role involves supporting the registered nurse during emergency department presentations and assisting the aged care nurse in residential aged care, within a team supported by registered nurses, rural educators and a health service manager.

Required profile

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA, including authority to practice.
• Experience as an Enrolled Nurse and interest in developing a nursing career.
• Team player who communicates effectively, works well under direction and is committed to patient safety and quality care.
• Ability to stay calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer

• Pay of $37.83-$41.10 per hour plus superannuation, salary packaging and incentives.
• Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme: up to $20,000 in the first 12 months and up to $10,000 each year thereafter, fortnightly, based on a minimum 18-month commitment; pro-rated for part-time staff.
