About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care in selected rural or remote facilities.
• Deliver clinical services within your specialty area (Emergency, Mental Health, or Aged Care).
• Participate in patient assessments, care planning, and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.
• Respond to on‑call or shift‑based requirements as needed.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Relevant clinical experience in Emergency, Mental Health, or Aged Care.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in remote settings.
• Commitment to the values of care, integrity, and excellence.

Required skills

• Clinical nursing skills applicable to your chosen specialty.
• Proficiency in patient assessment and documentation.

What we offer

• Total remuneration up to AUD 88,846 per annum (hourly rates $37.00‑$39.27 or $46.25‑$49.09 with 25% casual loading).
