About the role

Estia Health Glen Waverley, a home offering care to the east Melbourne community, is looking for experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join its care team. Part-time and casual positions are available, with morning and afternoon shifts offered.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an aged care home
• Nursing diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
• Ability to build rapport with residents, their families and visitors
