Enrolled Nurse - Encounter Bay (Permanent Part Time)

About the role

Estia Health is looking for an Enrolled Nurse for its Encounter Bay aged care home. The role suits someone who has previously worked in an aged care home and wants to be part of a community of over 14,000 employees across 94 homes in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria. The position is permanent and part time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previous experience in an aged care home
• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Ability to build rapport with residents, their families and visitors
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
