Enrolled Nurse - Community Nursing, Southern Suburbs Adelaide

About the role

Amplar Health, part of the Medibank Group, is recruiting Enrolled Nurses for its growing Community Nursing team in Adelaide. The role delivers personalised care to clients in their homes, typically with 8 to 10 visits per shift, supporting patients and families and promoting independence and quality of life. Positions are available full or part time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised in-home care to clients, typically 8 to 10 visits per shift
• Wound care, including regime changes
• Compression bandaging
• Medication management
• Continence and stomal care
• Aged care nursing assessments

Required profile

• Qualified Enrolled Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration
• At least 2 years' hands-on nursing experience
• Strong passion for community nursing and personalised care
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, varied role
• Empathetic, positive and able to connect with people
