Enrolled Nurse - Aged Care (Part Time/Casual)

About the role

Estia Health Keysborough is looking for experienced Enrolled Nurses to join its team on a part-time or casual basis, covering morning, afternoon and night shifts. Applicants should be flexible to work or fill in any shift. The home sits on a quiet residential street near public transport and community services, within minutes of the Dandenong Bypass and EastLink.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Keep timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an aged care home
• Nursing diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
• Empathy, the ability to build rapport with residents, families and visitors, and a desire to make a difference
