Personal Care Worker (PCA) - Morning, Afternoon or Night Shifts

About the role

Estia Health Keysborough is looking for experienced Personal Care Workers (PCAs) to join its team on a permanent part-time or casual basis, covering morning, afternoon and night shifts. Applicants should be flexible to work or fill in any shift. The home sits on a quiet residential street, within walking distance of public transport and community services.

Key responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life so residents feel heard, comfortable and well fed
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the team
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active
• Help monitor residents' health and assist with treatments
• Act as a friend to residents and respect everyone's privacy and dignity

Required profile

• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
