Engineering Manager - APAC

About the role

As Engineering Manager APAC you will lead a regional team delivering technical implementation, integration, troubleshooting and escalation support for Solventum Health Information Systems applications across Clinician Productivity Solutions and Revenue Cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a technical implementation team across the APAC region, setting clear expectations and fostering ownership.
• Provide technical direction for implementations, ensuring solutions are feasible, secure, supportable and aligned with Solventum standards.
• Engage with customer stakeholders at technical, operational and executive levels, translating complex issues into clear business impact.
• Act as escalation point for complex implementation issues, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve risks and delivery challenges.
• Contribute hands‑on to troubleshooting, log analysis, configuration reviews and customer workshops when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics or related field.
• Significant experience in healthcare IT, technical implementation, solution architecture or technical services leadership.
• Proven experience managing technical resources in a customer‑facing delivery or professional services environment.
• Strong people‑management skills including coaching, performance management and team development.

Required skills

• Technical implementation and integration of healthcare information systems.
• Understanding of security, infrastructure and operational support considerations.
• Experience with enterprise healthcare customers and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and standard engineering documentation practices.
