Engineering Manager – APAC

About the role

As Engineering Manager – APAC you will lead a regional team delivering technical implementation, integration, troubleshooting and escalation support for Solventum Health Information Systems applications across Clinician Productivity Solutions and Revenue Cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a technical implementation team across the APAC region, setting expectations, priorities and fostering collaboration.
• Provide technical direction for implementations, ensuring solutions are feasible, secure, supportable and aligned with Solventum standards.
• Engage with customer stakeholders at technical, operational and executive levels, translating complex issues into clear business impact.
• Act as escalation point for complex implementation issues, driving structured resolution and documenting risks and decisions.
• Contribute hands‑on to implementation and troubleshooting activities when needed, reviewing logs, configurations and integration flows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics or related field.
• Significant experience in healthcare IT, technical implementation, solution architecture or technical services leadership.
• Proven experience managing technical resources in a customer‑facing delivery or professional services environment.
• Experience working with enterprise healthcare customers and engaging technical, operational and executive stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong technical background in application implementation, integration, infrastructure and security.
• Ability to mentor engineers, provide technical guidance and resolve complex technical issues.
