Engagement Manager – Insurance (Sydney/Melbourne)

About the role

Infosys is looking for an Engagement Manager to lead and expand its IT services business for a major insurance client in Sydney and Melbourne. You will join an account team, manage an existing portfolio, and drive new business opportunities within the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the account.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create account and portfolio strategies.
• Oversee all client interfaces and ensure delivery excellence.
• Position Infosys as a trusted partner for digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale IT services engagements in the insurance industry.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior managers and cross‑functional teams.
