Energy Division Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Energy Division Manager to lead Alfa Laval’s Energy business across Oceania, based in Sydney. The role drives growth of thermodynamic process solutions, heat exchangers and separation technologies for industrial sectors such as HVAC, mining, petrochemicals and data‑centers.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the divisional strategy aligned with global thermal, fluid and separation priorities.
• Deliver profitable growth for the Energy portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.
• Lead capital‑equipment sales, business development and strategic account management.
• Build and develop a high‑performing technical sales and engineering team.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and emerging process technologies.
• Champion a safe, sustainable and compliant organisational culture.

Required profile

• 10+ years in process engineering, industrial manufacturing or technical OEM environments with strong commercial exposure.
• 5+ years in senior leadership responsible for strategy, people and financial performance in a capital‑equipment business.
• Proven ability to drive growth and transformation in complex, matrixed organisations.
