End User Services Representative

About the role

Leidos Australia is seeking an End User Services Representative to join its CIO Support Team. You will provide hands‑on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, telephony, video conferencing and network services, ensuring the workforce stays productive and connected.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support across a range of end‑user technologies, troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure and other IT teams to resolve incidents within the Standard Operating Environment (SOE).
• Assist with testing, deployment and documentation of OS upgrades, new hardware and workstation models.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused IT professional with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Australian citizen able to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
• Experience supporting Windows‑based enterprise environments and corporate device deployment.

Required skills

• Windows desktop and server troubleshooting.
• Hardware and peripheral support.
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) or similar.
• Microsoft 365 technologies.
• ITIL service‑management practices (preferred).
