About the role

Join APM Group’s Inclusive Employment Australia Program as an Employment Consultant in Strathpine, Queensland. You will help people with disability secure sustainable jobs and champion inclusive hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain employment.
• Boost participants’ confidence, help them overcome obstacles and celebrate successful placements.
• Provide creative solutions to employment challenges and advocate for workplace adjustments.
• Build partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion.
