About the role

APM is seeking an Employment Consultant to join its Inclusive Employment Australia program at the Geraldton WA site. You will work directly with people with disability, helping them secure and sustain meaningful employment that can transform their lives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist participants in preparing for, finding, and maintaining sustainable jobs.
• Build confidence by highlighting strengths and overcoming barriers.
• Develop creative solutions to employment challenges and provide necessary supports.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
