Employer Branding Specialist

About the role

Scout Talent is hiring a full-time Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Specialist for its Global Head Office in Milton, Brisbane. The role supports clients' recruitment needs through campaigns, branding and talent sourcing, with the chance to fast-track into management or other areas of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and run recruitment marketing campaigns for a range of roles and clients
• Work with clients to define the profile of people they want to hire (skills, qualifications, experience, behavioural traits) and build a campaign strategy to find them
• Develop branding, role positioning, head-hunting (using LinkedIn), social media and proactive talent-pooling activities
• Take part in employer branding discovery workshops, create content and strategy for clients' employer branding initiatives, and coordinate employee engagement surveys

Required profile

• A background in marketing, copywriting or recruitment
• Strong copy-writing skills and great attention to detail
• Confident and effective communication

What we offer

• Remuneration of about $65,000 to $75,000 plus superannuation, negotiable on experience, including incentives
