About the role
Country Club Tasmania, a 300-acre resort near Launceston's CBD offering accommodation, dining, gaming and leisure, is hiring an Electronic Gaming Attendant. You will help create a great experience for guests by engaging with them, answering enquiries and keeping the gaming floor safe and welcoming.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions and enquiries
- Monitor the gaming floor while maintaining safety protocols
- Keep the area safe and clean and ensure machines are easily accessible to customers
- Report faults or technical issues promptly
Required profile
- Aged 18 years or over
- Ability to pay for and obtain a Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certificate and gaming licence
- Positive attitude, strong initiative and good communication skills
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends, nights and public holidays
- Experience in, and a passion for, delivering exceptional guest service
- Pre-employment and ongoing screening checks may apply
