Electrical Lift Installer

About the role

KONE is looking for experienced Electrical Lift Installers to join its New Building Solutions team in Sydney. The role involves installing and commissioning elevator equipment on both volume and major projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the installation environment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Install elevator equipment according to approved methods, schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day site activities and logistics with customers and project stakeholders.
• Report installation progress and project updates to the Installation Supervisor.
• Ensure all work complies with KONE policies, procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the lift industry on small or large projects.
• Valid Electrical Licence in NSW (or transferable).
• Experience working on construction, infrastructure or major project sites.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and respond to on‑site challenges.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
