Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor – Desalination Plant

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to lead the electrical and instrumentation works for the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant in Perth. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure that all work complies with safety standards and ACCIONA’s quality requirements while supporting the delivery of a critical water infrastructure project.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical and instrumentation crews on site.
• Solve complex technical problems and evaluate solutions.
• Optimise construction processes to improve efficiency.
• Enforce compliance with ACCIONA procedures, permits and safety standards.
• Manage risks, resources and scope to protect the project schedule.
• Resolve disputes and foster a positive site culture.
• Report programme progress to project leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Experience in civil infrastructure, rail or water projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Valid Construction Induction Card.
• Ability to complete a medical examination and national crime check.
