Electrical Engineer – Water & Industrial Plant Projects

About the role

KBR is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join its Melbourne water team, delivering major capital projects and upgrades for water and wastewater treatment plants across Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop LV electrical systems, including schematics, equipment layout, lighting, motor control centres and communications networks.
• Integrate and support SCADA, instrumentation and PLC systems for plant automation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the asset lifecycle, from strategic planning to construction delivery.

Required profile

• Accredited Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in complex plant or industrial environments with a focus on design and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to work within project scope, budget and schedule constraints.
