Electrical Engineer

About the role

Join KBR's Melbourne water team as an Electrical Engineer, working on major capital projects and facility upgrades for water and wastewater treatment plants across Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop LV electrical systems, including schematics, equipment layout, lighting, and motor control centers.
• Integrate communications systems, SCADA, instrumentation, and PLCs into plant designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the asset lifecycle, from strategic planning to construction delivery.

Required profile

• Accredited Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or related degree.
• Experience in complex plant/industrial environments with design and technical writing responsibilities.
• Ability to work within engineering and design modelling teams and contribute to project scope, budget, and schedule.
