About the role

ACCIONA is launching its 2027 Electrical Engineer Graduate Program in Brisbane. This structured graduate pathway offers recent engineering graduates the chance to work on sustainable infrastructure projects while rotating through three distinct assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Complete three rotations across construction and infrastructure projects to build technical capability.
• Collaborate with a global cohort of 200+ graduates and senior leaders.
• Participate in real‑world project delivery, national induction, and training with Comillas Pontifical University.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of regenerative infrastructure solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
• Graduated between 2024 and 2026 (within the last three years).
• Willingness to be mobile and work on construction sites locally, regionally, and interstate.
