EHS Professional – Safety Leadership in Logistics

About the role

The EHS Professional will partner with the Logistics Leadership Team to embed Behaviour Based Safety and operationalise Sandvik's EHS Management System across warehousing and logistics functions. This permanent, onsite role focuses on delivering practical safety outcomes through coaching, risk‑based decision making and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with logistics leaders to strengthen visible safety leadership and drive consistent safe behaviours.
• Embed Behaviour Based Safety practices and integrate the EHS Management System into daily operations.
• Coach managers on effective safety conversations, risk management and incident handling.
• Monitor EHS performance trends, ensure ISO 45001 and 14001 compliance, and lead improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience in EHS within warehouse, logistics or distribution environments.
• Recognised EHS qualification and proven ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication, facilitation and written skills with a proactive, self‑motivated mindset.
