Educational Leader - Drysdale

About the role

Story House Early Learning is looking for a Diploma-qualified (minimum) Educational Leader to join its brand-new Drysdale service, which opens in January 2027. The service has 99 places across 5 rooms, and the role is a dedicated float leadership position. Current Story House staff should apply through their main employer and speak with their manager first.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the foundation of lifelong learning in the early years and lead quality practice across the 5 rooms.
• Work within the STRONG Beginnings Curriculum and support the embedding of exceeding themes.
• Mentor educators and influence pedagogy as part of the leadership team.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated Pedagogical Practice Partner.

Required profile

• Diploma qualification (minimum).
• Commitment to child safety, inclusion and respectful relationships with children and families; all applicants undergo child safety screening, including Working with Children Checks and reference checks, and must consent to a criminal record check.
