Education Counsellor – International Student Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Education Counsellor to join our professional team in Sydney. In this full‑time/part‑time position you will guide international students through the entire study‑abroad journey, from choosing the right Australian university to securing visas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive information on Australian universities and institutions.
• Respond to student enquiries via telephone and email.
• Design personalised study plans based on each student’s circumstances.
• Assist students in preparing documents for university and visa applications.
• Liaise between students and admission officers.
• Participate in student activities and marketing campaigns to gather potential client data.
• Conduct outbound cold calls or messages to identify sales leads.
• Handle additional student services such as applications, visas, and study plans.
• Appear in company social‑media videos.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Familiarity with the Australian international education and immigration system.
• Excellent student service awareness and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Sales and service promotion mindset.
• Experience in education consulting is preferred.
• QEAC certification desirable but not mandatory.
• Work rights for Australia.
