Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator (Beauty Brand)

About the role

Ere Perez, a clean beauty brand founded in Bondi Beach, is looking for an energetic, hands-on ecommerce and digital marketing coordinator to join its small team of 25 people. The role sits within the growing direct-to-consumer channel and reports to the Head of Ecommerce, working closely with the CRM, paid media, creative and web teams. It suits a self-starter who wants to learn how a growing D2C beauty brand makes money online.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the AI search visibility project (GEO/AEO) so the brand appears in AI answers, and drive SEO improvements across product, collection and content pages
• Coordinate structured data, product data quality, on-site content and FAQs with the web agency and SEO partners, and track where the brand appears in search and AI answers
• Keep the Shopify storefront fresh and on-brand, and own the blog by planning, writing and publishing educational articles
• Help roll out new launches and sale events on site
• Support the build and optimisation of Klaviyo email and SMS flows and segmentation automations that drive repeat purchases
• Support the paid media lead on Google Ads and Meta: account housekeeping, campaign setup, weekly performance tracking (ROAS, MER, CAC) and testing AI and automation tools
• Own regular reporting on conversion rate, AOV and sessions, and turn data into practical recommendations
• Act as day-to-day contact for the web development agency: briefing tasks, managing the backlog, testing and QA-ing releases

Required profile

• 1-3 years' experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or a similar role (agency or in-house)
• Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets and dashboards
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it changes product discovery and shopping
• Strong organisation and writing skills; blog or web content experience is a plus

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Ads, SEO and performance marketing
• Nice to have: Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 or Shopify analytics, basic HTML/Liquid or schema/structured data
