ECC & Surgical Veterinary Nurse – ARH Greater Western Sydney

About the role

We are seeking experienced Veterinary Nurses to join our fast‑paced, supportive referral environment in Greater Western Sydney. The role offers flexibility to work across Emergency & Critical Care (ECC) and Surgical departments, with options for full‑time, part‑time or casual arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care in both ECC and surgical settings, including pre‑operative and post‑operative support.
• Assist veterinarians with procedures, monitor patients, and manage emergency cases.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.

Required profile

• Strong experience in referral or ECC nursing, or a solid GP nursing background handling complex caseloads.
• Flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in veterinary nursing techniques for emergency and surgical care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, high‑stress environment.
